Originaire du Cambodge, la cuisine a toujours été une véritable passion et m’accompagne fidèlement depuis mes débuts dans la vie active. J’éprouve une immense joie à préparer des plats variés et savoureux pour régaler ma famille et mes invités. Les voir manger avec plaisir, savourer leurs repas, les complimenter et les encourager est une expérience incroyablement enrichissante.
Mes treize années d’expérience dans la restauration ont également nourri mon désir d’ouvrir mon propre restaurant (food truck)
Originally from Cambodia, cooking has always been a true passion and has been a constant companion since I began my working life.
I find immense joy in preparing varied and delicious dishes to delight my family and guests.
Seeing them eat with pleasure, savor their meals, compliment them, and offer encouragement is an incredibly rewarding experience.
My thirteen years of experience in the restaurant industry have also fueled my desire to open my own food truck.

ខ្ញុំមានសេចក្តីរីករាយយ៉ាងក្រៃលែងក្នុងការរៀបចំម្ហូបប្លែកៗ និងឆ្ងាញ់ៗ ដើម្បីរីករាយជាមួយក្រុមគ្រួសារ និងភ្ញៀវរបស់ខ្ញុំ។
ការឃើញពួកគេញ៉ាំដោយភាពរីករាយ ជាមួយរសជាតិអាហាររបស់ពួកគេ ការសរសើរ របស់ពួកគេ និងផ្តល់ការលើកទឹកចិត្ត គឺជាបទពិសោធន៍ដ៏រីករាយមិនគួរឱ្យជឿ។
បទពិសោធន៍ដប់បីឆ្នាំរបស់ខ្ញុំនៅក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មភោជនីយដ្ឋានបានជំរុញឱ្យខ្ញុំចង់បើកឡានលក់អាហារផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ខ្ញុំ។
